Dining Out For Life
How would you like to help fight AIDS just by going out to dinner with your friends? On April 29, 2010, when international AIDS fundraising event Dining Out For Life comes to Boston for the first time, you can do just that. On that night select Boston area restaurants will donate 25% of their evening’s sales to support local HIV/AIDS services and prevention. The local beneficiary is Cambridge Cares About AIDS, delivering HIV/AIDS services and prevention programming to people from 90 zip codes in Greater Boston.
How can you help? We are looking for volunteer hosts. Host a dinner party with all your friends, without all the clean up. Help us organize your favorite restaurant to participate, then get your friends to fill the seats. Be in the restaurant throughout the evening thanking people and encouraging them to make personal donations (about half the money raised comes from individual donations in the restaurants the night of the event). Please contact us a Diningout@ccaa.org or 617.661.3040 for more information.
