Tom Sander, Executive Director of the Saguaro Seminar for Civic Engagement and our morning keynote speaker at the Summit, has posted an article on his blog recapping some of his key points at the summit. We also asked social capital track participants to identify common challenges they perceived to building social capital in Mass. communities, and to brainstorm possible common solutions for addressing these challenges.
